1) Coordinate the overall implementation of various projects within the company, ensuring the timely delivery of each project based on customer orders.

2) Responsible for business communication with overseas clients, hosting monthly summary meetings and annual summary meetings.

3) Responsible for organizing production, technology, and quality control departments to evaluate and quote new projects, coordinating resources to ensure smooth project progress.

4) Evaluate and supervise supplier qualifications, classify suppliers, integrate and optimize existing supplier resources, and develop new suppliers.

7) Responsible for the production planning and market development of the company's zero-point positioning system product series, liaising with existing customer resources to promote the zero-point positioning system product series, and successfully established a regional agency mechanism.

1) Planning formulation: Directly report to GM; Assist in formulating and implementing the company's quarterly R&D plan for new products; Assign development tasks to the R&D Department according to the new product development plan of each quarter, coordinate the specific development requirements and follow up the development progress of new products.

2) Project execution: Coordinate the implementation of the new product development plan of each quarter with the R&D Department, Project Department and Production Department, follow up the entire process and ensure the smooth development and market launch of new products.

3) Liaison and coordination: Through cross-departmental communication, coordinate various resources required for project execution, control project costs and risks, ensure effective project implementation and execution as planned, so as to ensure product delivery on time.

4) Overseas procurement and technical exchanges: Responsible for the procurement of foreign equipment and raw materials, as well as the communication and exchange of new product development technologies, and regularly organize online conferences with foreign suppliers and designers to follow up the progress.

1) Participate in new project development, time node control, FMEA, market research, supplier management and budget analysis.

2) Responsible for the introduction of the domestic production lines of products supplied to Ford and Honda, promote various stages and deal with related issues.

3) Responsible for the production schedule and arrangement of the product line, and provide technical support for equipment, quality inspection and mold debugging during the product manufacturing process.

4) Cooperate with the sales team to visit domestic OEM customers and make samples according to customer needs.

1) Collaborate with the heads of various departments to confirm project feasibility and participate in the formulation of implementation plan.

2) Summarize the issues and difficulties of the project implementation and report to the GM office.

3) Routine administration and customer liaison of the Project Department.

1) Worked in Pakistan, the origin of raw materials, for local supplier sourcing and evaluation;

2) Support domestic headquarters in qualified supplier identification and procurement plan implementation;

3) Interpretation and support the on-site quality control in Pakistan, as well as customs clearance for the purchased raw materials and shipping.

Responsible for the R&D of GSM, and CDMA RFPA.

1) Responsible for debugging and testing of NODEB radio frequency transceiver FETR, local oscillator board FELO, and Radio Frequency Front End.

2) Identify, analyze, and resolve RF related problems of NODEB.

3) Responsible for analyzing the problems of the product and providing improvement and counter measures.

1) Compose the debugging specifications and test specifications of CDMA, GSM and power amplifier;

2) Responsible for the debugging, testing and validation of R & D products, and controlling the debugging of hardware.

3) The test of CDMA1W / 2W / 3W / 8W / 16W (800M) CDMA30W (450M).

4) Instruct debug and test according to specifications, and assist on-site IE management.
