Front Office

• Update Arrivals and Departures
• Assisting front office team with check in's & outs
• Escorting guests to their respective rooms
• Update guest information in system
• Handling guest queries via telephone and emails
• Assisting reservations department in inputting the reservations in system and coordinate for Travel Agent vouchers
• Assisting as a porter whenever required

Housekeeping:

• Guest room cleaning and supplies
• Handling guest Laundry bills (MICROS)
• Uniform handling
• Translator for some of staff

Food & Beverage service :-

• Guest Interaction
• Table and Buffet setup
• In Room Dinning service
