  • Answer the phone and monitor the general Justine Cookies emails, allocate emails to the correct department
  • Support the Finance Manager with general filing and folder management organization in shared google drive and filing in Office
  • Take a leading role in ensuring the stationary and basic requirements of the office are handled appropriately and the team has all that they need to fulfil their work
  • Manage users in the organization for specific Zoho Applications and resolve the technical issues
  • Operate ZOHO one inventory system - Sales orders, Invoicing, Purchase orders, stock adjustments, assembly/bundling for the production & Production schedule

  • Liaise with logistics, if the orders (online, domestic & International) are dispatched timely with accurate quantity
  • Overseeing agreements with freight companies to organise dispatches
  • Do cold calling on potential leads
  • Liaise with Sales Manager International & Domestic to ensure all orders received are correct, MOQ’s, pricing etc
  • Process the orders, generate the invoice and further coordinate with the customers
  • Prepare Weekly and Monthly Sales reports based through ZOHO CRM
  • Complete monthly stocktake of finished goods
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment abide by Justine’s health & Safety policies and processes
