  • I worked as the in-house Senior Programmer and managed up to 10 projects of various project sizes, including new builds and reclad jobs, with project value up to 50 million NZD. I worked closely with the project team from tender stage, doing program updates during construction stage to hand over.

    I am familiar with various construction methods and cladding systems in New Zealand like Modular Build, RCC, structural steel, rib & infill, comflor decking, Precast Panels, cavity system cladding, warehouse metal cladding etc. and how to convert these systems as tasks into a comprehensive construction programme.

    I prepared monthly status reports for the projects and report it to the Directors and Project management team. These structured reports help Directors, and the Project Management team understand the project status and take necessary measures in advance to mitigate any delays.
