The goal is to show my dedication to tangata whenuatanga and Te Tiriti o Waitangi through a bicultural practise in which tamariki are given equal opportunities to learn about and understand both cultural heritages while also fostering a teaching environment that is positive, culturally diverse, open-minded, equal, respectful, communicative, understanding, patient, and filled with a sense of love. The idea that children learn best through play and that each child brings something special to the learning process is shared by tamariki. Through dialogue, cultural whanau participation, and self-directed free creative play, a Kaiako's observation is to respond to and support each tamariki's unique learning style. Am steadfastly committed to helping tamariki develop into confident, competent learners. Always provide children the support and encouragement children need to acknowledge their own capacity for learning. This will help them to build their mana and become capable of giving their classmates, Kaiako, and whanau the same encouragement and support for learning. As a Kaiako, it is my responsibility to promote social justice and equality for tamariki while also equipping them with the knowledge and skills necessary to identify and combat oppressive practices'. In order to foster polite and accepted communication among children, adults, whanau, and the larger community, my practise offers a secure and healthy atmosphere. Additionally, it inspires tamariki to be authentic while honoring the differences of others. Children will establish a solid foundation for learning that is built on respect for and knowledge of the world children live in. In order to develop a respectful way of being and knowing, which is one of my passions, this also includes them. The goal of the ECE ecosystems is to promote the idea of kaitiakitanga, or the value of protecting the environment and the planet's resources for both present and future generations. The goal of being a kaiako is to continuously learn and develop pedagogy knowledge and teaching techniques, including te reo me nga tikanga Maori, as well as ongoing evaluation of the practise, to ensure that I am delivering the best teaching outcomes for the learning and development pathways of the future generation.
