• Interact with customers in an expert, professional manner by educating customers and helping them choose electronic equipment and devices
• Accepting customer payments and opening and closing POS system balancing register and scheduling bank pick-up service
• Making daily cash deposits, filing the completed orders and pulling products from inventory
• Perform troubleshoot on-site and ensure all displayed electronic devices are in good working condition
• Replacing any bad product as necessary promptly
• Providing assistance to managers in performing operational functions such as inventory management and pricing verification.
