• leading an innovation facilitation team delivering Ministry of Education innovation problem to solution programmes in the metaverse called iNVENTIONATOR. Plus a face to face, E whiti e whiti that engages year 10–13 ākonga | students in Ōtautahi | Christchurch to solve real-world problems of local businesses and organisations.
• Lead facilitation, coaching and mentoring a range of clients in leadership, as individuals and teams. Provide professional services and support in a dynamic work environment including faciltiation and consultaiton of the following; leadership development, professional learning and development design delivery and review/appraisal, effective team building and conflict management

Working with a range of companies, such as National bank, VSA, Wellington city council etc analyze learning needs, design customized instructional solutions, and implement engaging training experiences.

As part of the TUANZ team, a non-profit industry association represent the interests of telecommunications users, I was involved in planning and hosting industry events, co-ordinated focus groups for research and analysis, and submissions on regulatory consultations across Aotearoa.

TUANZ members include large enterprises, SMEs, government agencies, and other organizations that rely on telecommunications services. The Digital Media centre was available to members and local organisations. Also offering workshops in digital story telling and digital literacy licenses.
