I gave the patient the proper care by recognising their concerns and acting accordingly. I continued with the doctors until they acknowledged the problem. Due to fluid overload, the patient was puffy for few days. Because of the clot obstruction, the catheter's flow was minimal. I identify the issue and address it till it is resolved.
