- Responsible for Emirates Fares & Automated Rules Distribution in ATPCo
- Ensure daily SLA is achieved along with other daily activities
- Critical queries are responded to as per defined SLA and relevant clarifications to all customers are provided
- Manage and supervise day-to-day operation of Pricing Distribution team with respect to work assignments, their prioritization, and distribution to appropriate GDS worldwide

- Discuss with Manager Pricing Distribution suggestions of improved practices, procedures, and functional deficiencies, which will result in saving costs and improve productivity
- Co-ordinate and test solutions (new products/functions/features/applications) that have been devised to address anomalies in fare quote logic between GDSs and EK PSS to ensure fare quote and ticketing as per Emirates requirement
- Monitor pricing structure and fare levels for assigned regions in network, ensuring they are in line with competitive actions and demand forecasts
- Make informed pricing decisions to maximize profitability by continuously analyzing market trends and competitive dynamics while attracting and retaining customers
- In collaboration with local sales office, Demand, Inventory, and other internal teams, investigate and establish optimum distribution strategy for each point of sale using GDS, Online booking facilities, paper distribution, etc
- Ensure market pricing strategies adhere to Emirates pricing standards and procedures
- Identifying key areas of revenue opportunities and implementing effective methodologies to increase revenue for the company
- Ensure compliance with Revenue Optimization standards and procedures and that all relevant processes and tools are utilized
