As a Cafe Cook/Barista at the New World Cafe, my role involves starting early to make the food for our cabinet. My responsibilities here involve:

• Utilizing time management skills to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, maintaining a steady pace to have it made and prepared before we open.
• Reducing food waste through careful portioning and proper storage techniques, contributing to cost-saving measures within the cafe.
• Complying with health and safety food handling standards.

Throughout the day I work as one of the head baristas, crafting a variety of coffee beverages. Also as a waitress, taking orders and delivering exceptional customer service. My responsibilities include:

At BP, my role was a Customer Service Representative, where I was responsible for providing excellent customer service in a busy retail environment. My daily tasks included operating POS systems and processing transactions accurately, assisting customers with inquires, and resolving issues professionally. I also had barista duties. My responsibilities included:
