- Started off working in the packhouse at Leaderbrand where I would grade and pack fresh lettuce into bags and they would be sent out to Countdown.
- I learnt how to use an online software called LinkFresh to create and complete orders for Countdown. This included operating a forklift to organise the batches in the correct chillers to be ready for pick up once the truck drivers arrived.
- I moved on from the packhouse to driving tractors with planters on the back, groundwork implements and even harvest units.
- Worked with GPS equipment
