In my current role I am responsible for keeping dry stores stocked with all ingredients the production staff in the bakery need. This involves taking large product orders, entering information correctly and insuring stock is being replenished on time.

Incoming stock must be entered with batch codes, expiry dates and i ensure stock is rotated at all times.

I also drive a forklift to pick outgoing orders and load pellets onto trucks.

• Coordinate driver dispatch to accomplish daily delivery requirements.
• Monitor inbound and outbound truck operations to establish timely delivery of goods.

weekly i drive a small delivery truck and delivery bakery goods to and around Christchurch city/Airport this requires me to have good time management, follow all safety procedures such a wearing the correct PPE.

during my time at thorndale farm i was responsible for 800+ cows. setting up and milking on a 40 bale rotary milking shed, seeing out the plant wash and silos.

• Attended promptly to needs of sick cows to maintain health of livestock.
• Monitored milk production quality and quantity and evaluated daily data to address inefficiencies.
• Coordinated daily workflow to optimize resource allocation and farm productivity.
• Set up and managed irrigation systems
• Examined animals for signs of sickness and overall herd health.
• Rotated animals between grazing areas to provide enough access to food.

i am a qualified Bovine AI technician and did 2 seasons of this during my time on farm,including a set roster at other farms twice daily.
