PERSONAL SUMMARY

I am a compassionate, hardworking, and dedicated level 3 Registered Nurse working in New Zealand who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. During my time as a med/surg, vascular/stroke nurse, I have developed a strong foundation in clinical skills and patient advocacy. With extensive training in neurovascular assessment and intervention, I have excelled in recognising early signs of deterioration and implementing evidence-based care protocols. With comprehensive knowledge of vascular surgical procedures, I am confident in preparing patients for surgery and postoperative care. I have competent management skills, critical thinking and adaptability to stay focused in a high dependency unit. I enjoy working together with other members of the multidisciplinary team, to ensure the best possible health outcomes for patients. My goal as a registered nurse is to develop my knowledge and to continue to provide holistic and family centered care to my patients.
