Summary

I am a dedicated and compassionate second-year student at Auckland University of Technology, working towards a Bachelor of Health Science (Occupational Therapy), with a strong commitment to helping others. Being of Māori descent, I deeply value the principles of tikanga and the importance of not only Māori, but all cultural perspectives. As a mama to a four-year-old boy, an employee, and a student, I have honed my time management and multitasking skills, demonstrating adaptability and resilience. I am eager to gain and apply knowledge to foster a supportive environment, promoting inclusivity for future placements. I am passionate about community engagement and great at building meaningful relationships. I am looking forward to contributing positively to the field of Occupational Therapy.
