While the business operations were solely based in Oman, I fulfilled my responsibilities from both locations, contributing to Mercedes-Benz Oman's digital transformation journey and leveraging my expertise in business analysis gained from previous implementations. My duties involve:

I worked with Alliance Group, New Zealand's premier meat processor and exporter, as part of the ERP project team. Collaborating closely with the Infor M3 implementation team, I was instrumental in the seamless integration and implementation of ERP solutions for Alliance Group.

Initially focusing on optimizing the Order to Cash (OTC) processes, I successfully contributed to stabilizing and achieving green status for this crucial area. Building on this accomplishment, I was then involved with 3rd party logistics project achieving a successful go-Live in Q3/2023.   • Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions, addressing unique business requirements within ERP framework.
