I am currently engaged with Mercedes-Benz Oman on a short-term contract, with a unique arrangement allowing me to split my work between Oman and New Zealand. While the business operations were solely based in Oman, I fulfilled my responsibilities from both locations, contributing to Mercedes-Benz Oman's digital transformation journey and leveraging my expertise in business analysis gained from previous implementations. My duties involve:

• Assessed business requirements to create focused solutions.
• Presented business leaders with ROI estimations to drive project planning.
• Evaluated vendor proposals for technology solutions, selecting those best-suited for meeting organizational goals.
• Trained business personnel in use of systems.
• Identified issues, analyzed information and provided solutions to problems.

Key Achievements:

• Implemented service menu package system (XMP) integrated with MB Vehicle Health Check (VHC) module.
• Streamlined and optimised parts inventory by integrating Autoline with industry specialist software (Syncron), improving parts service level from 82% to 94%.
• Syncron in long run will help improve parts inventory turnover hence reducing working capital requirements in high interest environment saving precious $ for organisation.
• Implemented Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UiPath automation RPA to automate repetitive tasks.

I worked with Alliance Group, New Zealand's premier meat processor and exporter, as part of the ERP project team. Collaborating closely with the Infor M3 implementation team, I was instrumental in the seamless integration and implementation of ERP solutions for Alliance Group.

Initially focusing on optimizing the Order to Cash (OTC) processes, I successfully contributed to stabilizing and achieving green status for this crucial area. Building on this accomplishment, I was then involved with 3rd party logistics project achieving a successful go-Live in Q3/2023. While working at Alliance Group, I was involved with the following activities:

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions, addressing unique business requirements within ERP framework.
• Supported change management initiatives by providing end-users with thorough documentation on new processes and procedures introduced with ERP system upgrade.
• Facilitated communication between technical teams and business users during development and testing phases of project, ensuring smooth transition upon deployment of new functionality or enhancements within the ERP environment.
• Identified and resolved defects by developing test strategies, testing tools and test scripts.
• Troubleshot incidents reported by end-users to schedule system changes and identify permanent solutions.
• Communicated and explained business requirements to team members to understand and implement functional demands.

Key Achievements

• Played important role in go-Live for a major 3rd party service provider from Alliance supplied mainframe system to new cutting edge WMS.
• Collaborated and wrote requirements documents for 10+ integration jobs with various ports across NZ.
• Played important role in documenting and defining requirements for the MPI (Ministry of Primary Industries) toolbox to manage manufactured product health certs both for storage, product movement and shipping.
• Identified improvements areas for product visibility to sales team which ended up as a mini project in itself as Stock Overview Toolbox assisting sales team in obtaining the product edibility for various markets and sell the oldest products first, in the meat industry identification of market eligibility till the carton/pallet level is significant challenge.

• Acted as a liaison between internal stakeholders, analysed and documented business and system requirements, provided support to business applications, engaged with KPOs to identify process improvements and requirements.
• Developed robust reporting tools within the ERP environment, enabling stakeholders to access real-time information for data-driven decision making.

• Played a key-role as Senior BA for the scoping, feasibility, technical integration of TWL eCommerce platform between D365 and BigCommerce platform.
• Assisted in maintaining on-prem data warehouse running MS SQL Server and front-end written in Asp.net
• Trained and mentored other Business Analysts in the team.
• Designed and implemented various reporting requirements from the NZ finance team and KL internal audit team.
• Leveraging my advanced knowledge in Autoline, performed root cause analysis for various recurring issues and fixed those issues such as timed ops chain in Autoline, Volvo parts GRN receipt, audit variances to names a few.

I embarked on my journey at Auxo Software (formerly Systime Automotive Solutions) as a Senior Consultant specializing in automotive ERP. Recognized for my impactful contributions to the team, I was swiftly promoted to the esteemed position of Team Lead. In this role, I assumed responsibility for managing and mentoring a dedicated team of software support and implementation consultants. My tenure at Auxo Software was marked by a flurry of activity, where I engaged in a myriad of tasks ranging from system upgrades and implementations to enhancements and providing invaluable support to the development team. In particular, I played a pivotal role in streamlining report writing processes and addressing software bugs, ensuring the seamless functioning of our solutions. Amidst this bustling environment, I embraced the tenets of business analysis with fervour, leveraging my expertise to assess client needs, facilitate requirements gathering, and translate complex business requirements into actionable insights. By orchestrating effective communication between stakeholders and development teams, I ensured the successful alignment of software solutions with strategic business objectives.

• Installed modern day interfaces with Daimler, implemented data warehousing and BI strategy, improved corporate reporting and internal controls, reviewed system usage, conducted workshops for process improvements, implemented Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery strategies.

• Managed Mercedes-Benz Oman's IT Transformation project, managed end-to-end activities of large ERP implementation, transformed business in multiple ways, completed project in multiple tranches.

• Responsible for overall IT infrastructure, focused on IT Business Applications, studied and mapped current state for various group companies, improved vendor management, promoted use of same tools across the group, re-engineered business processes.

• Renegotiated all AMCs with IT vendors, enhanced IDIS (MB provided DMS), fixed bugs in warranty and parts retail pricing, revamped network, configured data export programs, improved ERP usage, re-engineered business processes.

• Responsible for Kerridge (later Autoline), network, servers, telephony, and other IT related matters.

• Developed business applications for textile and SME sector, used Visual Basic and Visual FoxPro, taught programming and accounting as a part-timer.
