  • Developed strong relationships with students, whānau, and colleagues by maintaining open door policy of communication and fostering a supportive learning environment and ensuring our tamariki have a voice at the table.
  • Enhanced classroom engagement through the use of interactive teaching methods (hangarau), play base and using the the taiao as our akomanga.
  • Differentiated instruction to accommodate diverse learning needs, ensuring each student had an equal opportunity for success.
  • Attneded ongoing professional development in Te Reo Matatini keeping teaching approach current and effective for the tamariki at Awapuni Primary.
