- Grouting base of turbines required making boxing around the base with pre made sections of steel. Filling in with hessan cloths and water keep the foundation moist so yhe grout would attach to foundation. Preping grout unit 20 bags each foundation. Move unit pump an tools mixing grout/ water in grout unit pumping it through the pump to pour in to boxing. Treating the grout and leveling to client required height. Then would later come back to tidy it up grind and paint.
- Cleaning towers removing rust/ shipping marks fixing damage to prevent and minimize further rust before the towers got lifted.
- Mcc insde the towers. Cleaning them after they have been fully erected top to bottom cleaning all mechanical parts in the engine down the walls ladder cables and floors down to basement to prevent / minimise rust and to meet customers required standards
