Summary

I am a very patient person and I have had experiences in taking care of elderly as I have looked after my dementia grandmother since high school looking after old members of our family is

part of our culture as it develops our responsibility skills into becoming a reliable and capable Kiribati woman. Beside my grandmother, I was also a

volunteer at one of the Nun's provincial house where I helped out in taking care of an old sister. Having these background experiences from an early stage of life gives me the advantage and the

capability of an age carer.
