- I completed a week of volunteer work experience at Greenpoint Florist, on Ponsonby rd. I worked in the 5 days leading up to Valentines Day, the busiest week of the year for a florist.
- I learnt the basics of floristry such as; processing flowers, hand tying bouquets, wet wrapping, basic arranging and wrapping bouquets.
- I learnt how to maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment for all staff members.
- Placed floral arrangements in refrigerated cases and arranged other merchandise on display fixtures.
