3. Product Costing: Conducted comprehensive costing calculation and analysis for over 85 unique hardware products and components with new 3-tier costing approval process and integration with PD workflow in ASANA in 2025.

4. PDM Governance: Executed comprehensive Solidworks PDM administration, including user permissions and system parameter tuning. This ensures compliance with company operation protocols, maintaining strict version control and CAD data integrity across the engineering team.

5. Factory SCADA Improvement: Implemented Powder Box ID project by upgrading the Ignition UI and database, and prepare the infrastructure for the next phase of digital integration including automated weighing scale data capture.

6. Digital transformation: Audit current machine to identify hardware technological gaps and opportunities for industry 4.0 integration. Drafted a strategic assessment of machine readiness for digital transformation.

7. Quality Assurance: Developed a formal pathway for hardware quality issue reporting and troubleshooting to ensure structured feedback loop for continuous improvement.
