Thomas Bloom

I am a reliable, motivated, helpful and friendly team player with proven leadership and time management experience. I believe I make a good employee as I'm enthusiastic, responsible, flexible and willing to give things a go. I possess the ability to multitask and I pay attention to detail. My academic strengths are numeracy and problem solving and I enjoy working with technology.

I am in my final year of study at Takapuna Grammar School (TGS) and I intend to study Engineering at university next year.

I am looking for part time employment and I am available to work evenings and weekends.

• Completed NCEA L1 a year ahead of my age group (Excellence endorsement)
• Completed NCEA L2 (Merit Endorsement) - Second overall at L2 Calculus at TGS
• Completed a introductory barista coffee training course

• Takapuna Grammer School Rowing club - 3 seasons (2021-2024)
• Bronze medal in u18 coxed quad at Auckland rowing champs. (4th of February 2024)
• First place in u18 coxed quad at Auckland Head of Harbour rowing regatta. (10th of February 2024)

• Volunteer work during my time at TGS rowing club - includes recruiting students to the club, explaining to parents the costs and what rowing is about, and hands on training and mentoring of beginner rowers.
• Form leader (2023, 2024 at TGS) - leading a form class of ~35 students
