- Trained new crew members in critical skills such as knot tying, navigation,line handling and safety procedures and qualifications raising overall team competency levels. all kept up to scratch by running weekly drills

- maintenance included involved keep the vessel nice and clean freshwater wash down fueling of the vessel and ensuring all safety equipment was up to date
