• Banking and bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance

• Liaise with Government Department regarding GST and direct taxation

• Employee Income tax (PAYE) returns etc.

• Oversight and management of 4 staff, reporting to Regional Accountant

• Advise on issues like pricing, product support and delivery issues

· Participated in SAP implementation in 1999

· Utilise accounting software SAP (ERP) from 1999-2006

· 50 Distributors commission for targets achieved and payments to them

· Management of the Company’s regional stock including valuation.

· Monitor stock of the regional distributors of the company (Sell-in and Sell-out)

· Accrual management and accounting.

· Month and year end closing,

· Budget preparation support and variances.

· Management of inter-division accounts

• Finalise regional trial balance and divisional P&L and regional P&L for all divisions,

· Management reports with commentary

· Quarterly and Yearly KPMG audit of regional accounts
