To ensure that the KHCs fundamental services which revolves around the provision of housing solutions for civil servants (tenants) are being carried out in alignment with the KHC's commitment to ensure quality and accessiblity under the following programs which encompass:

1. Routine and Preventive Maintenance, which ensure the upkeep and longevity of our existing properties

2. The Major Maintenance Program which focuses on full maintenance and renovation,

3. The New Build Program which is dedicated to the construction of new housing units and buildings.

Undertaking general construction duties. with the Development Unit of the Kiribati Housing Corporation such as:

- Tiling works

- General building carpentry

- General Plumbing

- General construction works

- Site development works

Leading and Supervising the construction of Beniera Church by carrying out the following:

• Supervised field crews to maximize quality and work efficiency.
• Maintained a safe work environment by enforcing construction policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout each project phase.
• Completed projects on time and within budget by effectively managing resources and schedules.
• Delivered high-quality projects by maintaining a rigorous focus on quality assurance and control throughout the construction process.
• Coordinated construction planning, material resources, and staff scheduling to achieve on-time, under-budget projects valued at AUD170,000 in total.

Supervising the construciton of Angaieta Maneaba III (Similar to Te Marae) by carrying out the following:

• Supervised field crews to maximize quality and work efficiency.
• Maintained a safe work environment by enforcing policies, procedures, and regulatory standards throughout each project phase.
• Completed projects on time and within budget by effectively managing resources and schedules.
• Reported quality of performance on site to site construction managers.

1. Driver - Picking up and dropping off workers

2, Staff Management - Running a crew of approximately 10 people, dealing with timesheets, leave forms, day sheets etc, managing individual staff needs and training.

3. Security - In charge of the company's own security team

4. Maintenance - Leading one of the maintenance teams, ensuring the road way is clear, and all road drainages are functioning

Assisting in the construction of the the permanent concrete works, mostly underground, under the Vector Limited Tunnel Project.
