A qualified, registered, competent and empathetic Social Worker, with eight years’ experience, who is passionate and dedicated to promoting Oranga of tamariki, rangatahi and their whanau. I believe every tamariki/rangatahi belong to a whakapapa, whanau, hapu and Iwi and they have inherited rights to be safe and happy.
2022 - Co-running a homework club for Kiribati in Hamilton
2020- Cultural advisor and change agent to the Kiribati 'Champions of Change' youth group - A working (Kiribati) youth group that works with the Kiribati community to eradicate and/or reduce family violence
2018 - Boutokaan te Mweraoi facilitator working in collaboration with The Cause Collective Trust delivering the Family Violence Prevention Programme for Kiribati communities and professionals (Boutokaan te Mweraoi project).
