Summary

I have been employed in debt collection for over a decade, specialising in regulatory debt collection for seven. I stood up the current collection unit I supervise within New Zealand's largest government department, setting the standard for MBIE’s debt collection functions. I personally established the collections processes and procedures, and helped developed MBIEs current debt policy. I support multiple regulatory frameworks, know how the systems are designed, and the role enforcement and collection plays in them. I have extensive knowledge of civil enforcement, company and personal investigations, documenting procedures, and stakeholder engagement. I am well versed in New Zealand's debt collection legislation, as well as our insolvency laws
