  • Responsible for recruiting, training and overseeing 12 Account Managers who are currently providing high end Financial Administration and Management for our vast client base throughout New Zealand.
  • Operationally managing client and external relationships to ensure that our team are meeting client specific requirements they are being provided with accurate and timely Management Reports to enable them to be able to make Pro-active financial decisions in their Businesses.
  • Responsible for the business growth of Admin Plus and includes attending Networking Groups and connections with aligning businesses who have the ability to refer new clients to our business
  • Solely responsible for processing 47 Company payrolls weekly throughout New Zealand end to end with an extensive knowledge of New Zealand Payroll Legislation. Currently processing payrolls in, Xero, ACE Payroll, IMS Payroll, Crystal Payroll, IPayroll, Pay Sauce. I have the ability to work with any given Payroll System. I have also implemented a checking process to ensure that all Payrolls are processed accurately.
  • Extensive knowledge of a vast array of Accounting Packages and include the use of: Xero, MYOB, Accredo, Banklink. Having worked with a vast array of Accounting Packages, I have the ability to be able to work with any given Accounting Package.
  • Review, reconcile and prepare accurate Management Reports for our client base and this includes, Profit and Loss reporting, Balance Sheet Reporting, Cashflow Reporting and Budget Reporting.
  • Monthly reconciliation of Balance Sheet accounts, to include reconciliation of loan accounts, IRD reconciliations, Asset review, Suspense account reconciliations.
  • Aged Payables reconciliation, with the knowledge and ability to reconcile historical errors in Company Accounts to always ensure accuracy of Company costs monthly.
  • Responsible for processing and making payments on behalf of our clients upon their approval.
  • Aged Receivables Management, ensuring that our clients cashflow is not impacted by late payments.
  • Preparation, Filing and processing payments for GST, PAYE, RWT, FBT with a sound knowledge of legislative requirements.
  • Complete Depreciation and Accrual journals for our client base on a monthly basis to ensure accuracy of their financial position.
  • Monthly Management Meetings with our clients to include, review and discussions around their current financial position and this also includes working closely with our clients to ensure they have a good understanding of what each report means for their business and how they are tracking on a monthly basis.
  • Complete End of Year Workpapers to ensure each year is reconciled, balanced and accurate for our client base.
  • Auditing of information to ensure that our clients have no loss of revenue through missing information and/or potential hidden errors.
