• Worked with classroom and ORS teachers to develop and implement IEP's for students
• One-on-one and small group work with high need students (ADHD, ADD, ASD, PWS- Prader-Willi Syndrome, Williams Syndrome, IDD, non-verbal, Down Syndrome, Epilepsy)
• Assisted with SLT and OT by providing correct information about each student to support their needs.
• Worked with RTLB to better understand and support behavioural support students.
• Built positive rapport with students and parents by integrating te reo maaori, understanding and, respecting all cultures to ensure inclusive spaces.
• Kapahaka supprt (kaakahu, poi making, raakau making, mahi toi, Ngaa Pou o Tararua koomiti secretary 2018, day noho support)
• Pursued professional development opportunities within school ie. Liz Kane literacy, Mahi by Mahi,
• Planned and taught lessons with other learning support staff for small groups of special needs students (cooking, music, art) to aide and assist their sensory, social, learning, developmental or behavioural needs.

• Provided one-on-one support with 1 student within the classroom environment and to support the Teacher and the classroom
