• Manage a portfolio of medium enterprise client relationships in order to maintain and enhance customer satisfaction and credit risk profile consistent with BNZ Partners objectives.

• Develop and maintain a relevant network of market advocates (key market players, professionals and intermediaries) who focus on medium enterprise businesses to develop advocacy for business referrals.
• Maintain proactive structured regular call cycle and frequent contact with all customers and advocates to provide and maintain excellent
customer service.
• Maintain a sound level of awareness of industry activities, events and developments in the domestic market. Monitor externally generated economic information to be able to keep abreast of the market and add value to communications with the client and advocate network, and to assist in the management of economic exposure.
• Actively contribute and support process improvement changes and organisational strategy implementation.
Managing Risk:
· Ensures changes to risk processes and policies are implemented.
