Summary

Life is not simple. Peoples lives are a diverse tapestry that has been woven from many different strands; upbringing, family of origin, culture, education, peers, hurts.

I look at all people through the same lense- That everyone's on a journey. My expertise is based around going on this journey with people to see them flourish, and I do this through empowerment and encouragement.

My counseling philosophy is based around the following principles: Solutions focused; I believe the answer to most of life's problems are within an individual, and my skill lies in asking good questions that lead a person to come up with their own solutions.

Hauora; People are multi-faceted beings, and if any aspect of the "whare" is neglected it will soon fall over.

Strenghts based; I had a strength finder coach a number of years back, and this revolutionized my life. Therefore I am passionate about helping people discover and run in their unique lane.
