During my time at Pagani I have further developed my customer service skills by helping customers to put together an outfit, be it for a special event, work, or just something for everyday wear. My confidence has bloomed as my renewed love for working with people is satisfied. Assisting with tasks and understanding the quickly changing world of fashion is at my forefront. I love showing customers all of the new stock and letting them know how great it would look on them too! I am also responsible for opening and closing the store and processing of payments, POS and other related computer/cash handling work.
In this role I confidently use Xero and Payhero systems. I assist in financial tasking such as invoicing, expense tracking and budget preparation. Efficiency is my motto and this shows in my managing of schedules, organizing files and managing a clean and tidy workplace.
From 1996 to 2014 I was a self employed Freelance Photographer, covering events such as Motorsports - which consisted of covering race meetings for several magazines and newspapers all over NZ. I also covered Weddings, Portraits and Dog Agility all over the South Island. I have recently restarted my photography career and am excited to see where this takes me!
This role included Bar Manager Work, Waitressing and Barista work along with general cafe work. I was in charge of running the bar and maintaining customer satisfaction with timely check-ins to assess food and beverage needs. I built a friendly rapport with regular customers through friendly interactions and attentiveness to their preferences.
At Fotographix I worked on Photoshop correcting and finalizing images and photo restoration work. I also used the POS system to process sales, finalized the till and the end of the day, greeted customers and helped locate merchandise - such as cameras and photo frames, and suggested suitable options.
While at Footprints I provided general waitressing and food preparation duties and barister work.
Whilst working at Boudiccas I provided friendly and attentive service, was in charge of POS systems, cash handling and settling up at the end of the night. I consistently provided professional, friendly and engaging service and made lots of lovely aquaintances.
My love for animals drew me to this job which included general farm duties including - tractor driving, helping with the herd, calving and twice daily milking.
I was a commercial cleaner for Paul Moffat, where my work consisted of general floor polishing duties and cleaning of offices and homes.
This was my first full-time job which included cleaning and sanitizing dishes and utensils, cosistingly keeping adequate supplies on hand for expected customer loads. I later assisted with preperation of meals in the Nurses Home Kitchen. Important skills were following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverages to uphold proper health standards and whilst here I gained my health/food standards certificate.
At Aorangi I assisted in surgeries where necessary and learned about general vet nurse duties.
