  • A sale isn’t a sale until its been paid for
  • Starting in 2006-Finding sectors that needed specialist work wear and growing those sectors

  • I have created relationships and established specialist working standards to big corporates such as the NFPA70E electrical standard

  • I have moved business from reseller market to end user market for better margins

  • Our national target was ambitious in June 2004.Our turnover was 183 million pounds and target was to increase this to 200 million by June 2005.
  • This was achieved and projected growth for June 2007 was 247 million pounds
  • I looked after 14 internal sales desk. There were also 4 telesales and 5 external sales
  • Staff taking orders and adding to sales
  • Introduced projects to add to basket of goods and increase margin
  • I looked after Customer services and also any discounts had to be approved to improve margins. I put procedures in place to turn margin around
  • Had a few initiatives to reduce costs and increased margin The Margin was increased into the 40’s .

  • I was the youngest person GTE Yellow Pages had taken into this sales role
  • I started in the admin department at 16 and then as computers were the new thing , ran their internal computer department uploading copy for adverts and determining account managers bi – weekly salaries based on the input
  • I was 17 and had two people working for me in that team
  • At 18 I achieved a position in the sales team after hours and hours of interviews and tests as they had not given a sales position to any one younger than 25 until that time
  • They needed people with drive
  • I achieved that position and bought my first house at 18 .In seven years working for Yellow Pages I hit 100% achievers award 21 times .Achieved four special awards returning the highest built customer base and individual campaigns
  • I sold advertising space into 13 directories each year.( which was our area of the UK) There were 67 directories across the UK
  • I achieved two national accounts into those 67 directories across the country , sold by phone which was unheard of at the time
  • It was assumed you had to be a field rep to be able to achieve those types of sales

I am a motivated a loyal individual who enjoys a challenge and sets goals and drivers for work and home daily. I have a broad spectrum of skills and attributes and seeking a position that is challenging and diverse.

I love solutions - i love fixing situations and making money with an outcome that no one knew they needed or was avialble . Its a dream role to find those customer grey areas that cause them issues and finiding solutions.

oI have continued to work under the Foard name as everyone in the industry knows that name ,even though i have a married name of Tracy Bottner., I  Invented Hi Fi Ringtones with teh first motorola flip phone - still have the original ringtone . Had a card safe business on the weekends for Hospo industry pre covid. Love human nature and how outcomes can be reversed , NLP ,and all the magic of thinking big and other dream big sales books that took hold of me at 18 .   The Icehouse management course- Alumni – Leadership Development programme number 18 in 2014- i was the only person that put my hand up to say the only thing that mattered was margin and i was right .Each company i have worked for has the benefit of my work ethic and working as though it was my own business .Latest course pre xmas  Property apprentice course.  I have two homes one in Auckland and one in Taranaki that i am wanting to be my everyday home with the view of the mountain.
