• Disassembled scaffolding and equipment when projects were completed or after each shift according to strict schedules.

• Operate and maintain the flesher machine to remove residual flesh, fat, and membranes from hides.

• Set up and calibrate the machine for optimal performance based on hide specifications.

• Conduct regular checks to ensure equipment is functioning efficiently and safely.

• Inspect raw hides before and after fleshing to ensure quality standards are met.

• Handle hides with care during feeding and removal from the flesher machine to prevent damage.

• Sort, stack, and label processed hides for the next stage in the tanning process.
