This role required me to be up in the early hours of the morning to prepare and set up food and equipment for the day. Throughout the day I needed to work and direct runners on where to take food and communicate with them effectively if things go sideways.

This job has me working in a small team of either three or four to set up audio, staging, and lighting or varying depending on the event needs. Dealing and communicating with the client to ensure we have a successful job and happy client. With changing environments learning to problem solving is extremely important especially when you are restricted by time.

• Setting up and transporting sound, lighting, and staging gear.
• Managing FOH, and IEM mixes.
• Cabling for speakers and lighting

This role requires me to work in a team effectively essentially when problems arise which is something that can happen quite frequently when having to deal with so many different variables.

Mentored, instructed, and supervised participating youths through collaborative efforts with like-minded, creative, and inspirational team members. Have also led multiple camps as a leader.

In this role, I have learned how to bale hay and wrap silage. It required learning the machinery involved, working as a member of a team and clearly communicating.

This job required me to unload shipping containers with an average of 800 tires by myself and occasionally with an extra person. I also spent some time scanning and moving tires to the appropriate place in the warehouse.
