• Applying plaster to interior walls, ceilings, and partitions.
• Communicating with customers to ensure they knew all the steps involved and when we will be returning in-between coats/sanding.
• Working in difficult areas and problem solved issues to ensure the finish came out above the normal standard.
• Working with all types of plastering equipment to work at a fast pace and ensure the best finish possible.
• Installing Gib board to walls / ceilings.
• Skimming walls that wall paper had been removed.
• Working on scaffolds and scissor lifts safely.
• Installing and leveling all types of corner trims.
• Cut and installation of cove gib/Fibrous cove.
• Respecting the customers and their houses.
• Communicating with painters and builders to ensure i would be able to do the best job possible.

(examples) - Communicating with owners / painters about pre sealing walls / ceilings that are flaking to reduce to chance of bubbling / pin-holes.

- Communicating with owners / builders about areas that may be affected by intense light/reflections and explaining where level 5 plastering may be needed to perfect the job.

- Communicated with builders if walls / externals were too much out of level.
