Summary

With over five years’ experience working in teaching, and learning roles and expertise in designing engaging learning resources for both the face to face and online environment, I am enthusiastic about finding a position which will allow me to contribute my strong theoretical, pedagogical and practical capabilities in learning and instructional design.


As a team leader I am able to build positive rapport, inspire trust and guide teams smoothly and efficiently towards achievement of organizational goals. I am also an experienced trainer and mentor.

  • Led project team to review Reference Management tool use - implemented a new service delivery model,
  • Oversaw redevelopment of QuickCite - Site receives over 2,000 hits per day.
  • Developed and taught staff development initiatives: eSkills, New Presenters, Canvas for LLS staff, ACRL framework, RSDF, and Graduate Profiles.
  • Curriculum integration into all stages of the Bachelor Social Work programme
