Hey there, My names Trudy Pearson and I have been a professional Baker for over 25 Years and I have been Baking since discovering my Love and Passion for it since I was a young Girl.

I was trained as a Scratch/Craft Baker which took me into the roll of becoming Head Baker and running the day to day workings of a Bakehouse.

I took a break from this while I raised my Family of 3 Girls for 12 years while my husband was away growing our Trucking Company.

I then went on to work at Arawa Park Racetrack for 7 years as a Track Keeper maintaining the course before and after Race Days with a team of like minded work friends which I throughly enjoyed.

I was starting to get itchy feet for my Baking bug and I have now been running my own Bakery Delivery Service for 18 months which has been incredible building a reputation and customer base increasing my work load to the extremes at times.

I am missing being in a Bakehouse with the diversity of different skills I have learned through my training over the years.

I am Customer-savvy Baker accustomed to demanding work with little downtime. Dedicated team player with demonstrated training and problem-solving abilities. Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.

I started out my little delivery Bakery Business by going around various businesses in the Industrial District bringing freshly Baked hot Pastries, Slices, Muffins and Scones to the busy workers from 7am until smoko time at 10am which meant they wouldn’t miss out on their crucial break times going to different smoko shops as I was bringing it to them.

It quickly turned into more and more businesses hearing through word of mouth about the Smoko Lady Baker that was bringing freshly Baked goods which had been Baked that morning through the wee hours of the night, real ingredients, very tasty items to their workplaces meaning they could come out and buy their items and within 5 minutes be having their well deserved breaks.

I have throughly enjoyed my role and grown quite a customer base through this resulting in a lot of out catering and smoko shouts on top of my daily delivery service.

My time management is crucial from prepping, Baking off my various goods, packaging and getting to my destinations at the same time daily as to not cause disruption to my customers working routines.
