• I’m 19 years old, have finished school as of the end of 2023.
• I have my Full license and have a car, so I’m very reliable towards getting to and from work/ getting there on time.
•I’m very keen to give new things a go and push myself out of my comfort zone. I’m willing to do anything and do it to the best of my abilities as I learn along the way.
• I’m really into travelling, designing, painting and documenting everything I do. I want to save up and achieve many different goals of mine which shows I have passion for something and will do anything and everything to get to it.
-Taking customers orders at the Front counter and the Drive through.
-Having to cook and prepare food that’s presentable food for customers that having the correct ingredients into what the order.
- I’ve also do the packing of people’s orders and making sure that all the correct food has been put into their bags.
-Also learnt how to making the hot coffees and cold drinks that are sold from the Mc cafe.
- Cleaning of backwash/dishes, cupboards, equipment, trays, tables and the walls and machines.
-Spot sweeping of the floors and mopping to make sure the work space is nice and clean.
Overall McDonalds has helped me learn lots of different skills which is needed for any job, it’s really helped with my confidence with speaking and dealing with customers which means it’s easy to talk to people when having to take their orders.
-Filling in stock inventory at the family business.
-Stock takes at the end of the month and making sure everything adds up/ correct in the system & some data entry when needed.
-Making packages box’s, with the correct amount of product is in each box ready to send off.
-This was a casual job of taking orders at the till and presenting customers foods and drinks and taking them out to there tables.
-Cleaning up tables when customers left and making them presentable.
-Washing the dishes and putting them back into the correct spots.
-Taking the customers orders at the till.
-Cleaning the work space, tables, floors (sweeping+ mopping) and doing the dishes.
-At the end of the day I would make sure everything was put away in the correct spots, taking the bins out and restocked everything that needed to be stocked up for the next day like the drinks and putting everything in the fridge.
