Summary

I believe I am an open and positive communicator with a calm and level-headed approach to managing routine needs and meeting special challenges. In my previous work I have been a motivated Retail Assistant with a vast background in customer service and sales. Through these past job experiences and studying at University I have become proficient in handling multiple tasks simultaneously whilst ensuring I complete them all to the highest possible standard. Some of my strong skills include effective communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration. I have been recognized for my exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, and always aim to contribute to increased customer satisfaction rates through exceptional service delivery. I believe I am a responsible and motivated student that is ready to apply the education I have learnt from my Physiotherapy Masters Degree and previous Human Anatomy Bachelors Degree and Diploma in Sport and Exercise, to the workplace setting, whereby I would offer the best service for clients and patients that come to see the clinic. I would aim further enhance their experience as they walk through the door and encourage the holistic approach to health that the company aligns with as the receptionist. I also offer excellent technical abilities with software and applications through working with different previous systems throughout my retail career prior to studying.
