I am a passionate and driven fourth-year Law student at the University of Otago, currently seeking a summer legal internship where I can contribute meaningfully while further developing my practical legal skills. My experience as a Sub-Warden has strengthened my leadership, communication, and conflict resolution abilities—skills I’m eager to apply in a legal setting. I have a deep passion for the law and a strong desire to advocate for those underrepresented in the justice system, particularly Pacific peoples, who continue to face systemic barriers. My academic background, combined with my commitment to equity, integrity, and service, motivates me to be part of positive change in the legal profession. Outside of my studies, I value time with my family and am actively involved in my church, where my faith continues to ground my purpose and direction.

• Photography – Passionate about photography as a creative outlet and a tool for developing a strong eye for detail and composition.
• Family-oriented – I come from a close-knit family of four and am a proud aunt to two nieces, with whom I spend much of my free time. I value these strong family connections and the joy of being involved in their lives. I am also the younger sister to one sibling, with whom I share a close and supportive relationship
• Community Engagement – Actively involved in my church community, where I participate in youth mentorship and volunteer initiatives, aligning with my values of service and leadership.
• Justice System – Keen interest in social justice, current affairs, and legal reform, particularly around minority rights, and access to justice. Passionate about advocating for Pacific peoples and addressing overrepresentation in the justice system, with a strong interest in equity-focused legal reform
