• Drafted the Program Implementation Roadmap in collaboration with Meta.
• Assisted in participant finalization for accelerator and grand challenge programs.
• Established monitoring frameworks and reporting mechanisms, delivering critical metrics to executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
• Coordinated national-level, in-person events for the XR Startup Program.

• Part of the EY Consulting practice working on e-governance initiatives for the Department of IT&C (DoIT&C), Government of Rajasthan.
• Responsible for translating the department’s vision of the project to the ground team, including setting up SOPs, best practices, technology, and knowledge transfer, etc., to all concerned partners.
• Responsible for the implementation of iStart, Challenge for Change application for DoIT & C, Rajasthan.
• Performing risk assessment, gap analysis, and serving as a liaison for internal IT, development staff, and users.
• Weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress tracking, reporting, and showcasing of the platform to all stakeholders of the project from both inside and outside the department.

Project: Project Management for the Electronic Ration Card Management System (eRCMS) and Implementation of the National Food Security Act (NFSA).

Client: Department of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Rajasthan.

Duration: April 2016 - June 2017

• Responsible for the implementation of the FEAST (Food & Essential Commodities Assurance & Security Target Allocation & Supply Chain Management for PDS) application for the department. of Food and Civil Supplies, Government of Rajasthan
• Monitoring the project status and ensuring project deliverables meet the client’s needs.
• Assist the client in establishing an appropriate project management structure and dedicated team for conceptualizing and undertaking various actions pertaining to the project.
• Identify and report delivery issues in an accurate and timely manner, including analyzing potential risks and developing risk mitigation plans.
• Identify the change management needs of the department, and formulate a change management and capacity-building framework for junior staff members.
• Drafting documents such as manuals, PPTs, concept notes, etc.
• Work closely with project stakeholders, including government officials, vendors, and the project implementation team, to ensure the timely delivery of services.
