I am a hardworking individual who is looking for a career change after 13 years experience in the meat works industry. The skills I have attainted from my experience is cutting, trimming and preparation techniques, alongside the strong focus of hygiene and safety standards. I value teamwork, dedication, respect and kindness which I apply to everything that I do.
