  • Liaise with residents or their agents regarding any comfort accounts with debit balances. Refund any credit balances and de-activate nil balance accounts.
  • Ensure the protection of resident privacy with respect to health information, collected, used, held and disclosed within the village, and to adhere to the rules of the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
  • Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 (as a minimum), while complying with and implementing Ryman’s health and safety rules and procedures
