I am someone who is energised when in a pressured environment and can confidently make well-considered decisions. With strong people skills, I can appropriately negotiate outcomes while showing empathy, conscientiousness, and problem-solving skills, showing endurance and capability to work in a team environment or independently. The challenge to manage caseloads of clients, work items, inbound and outbound calls, whilst handling multiple screens to guide, support, trouble-shoot is my core-strength.
