Summary

My name is Vickie Warren; I have been doing Office Administration for 30 years. I started at White and Taylor plumbing as office junior, answering phones and dispatching plumbers to jobs. Next, I worked for Solid Energy for 20 years as Colliery Clerk, running the Office by myself at both Strongman 1 and Strongman 2, also Spring Creek Mine, looking after around 150 men. As Colliery Clerk, I have done all aspects of Office Duties such as Wages, Invoicing, Banking, Monthly Reports, Stores, and Acting Maintenance Planner. The next 5 years I worked at Sandvik, doing various duties as inward and outward good for the stores, Customer services, Quoting and Invoicing of Work Shop Jobs, keeping an accurate account of stock levels. For the last 12 month's I have been back at Spring Creek Mine as Maintenance Administrator, making up work schedules for the week ahead. Opening and closing work orders, warranty claims and purchase orders. At present I am working for Cory's Electrical doing counter sales. I am a very confident person who works well under pressure, have excellent communication skills, enjoy setting goals both personally and within my workplace. I am willing to learn new skills and can work in both an unsupervised and supervised capacity. I am a friendly easy going person who gets on with everyone from Senior Management to employees, contractors and customers.
