During my employment with Immigration New Zealand and Stream Group, I developed substantial time and workflow management skills. I have successfully communicated with clients and staff members on immigration matters while managing client expectations. In addition to my daily activities, I have also achieved the following:

  • Trained new staff members from start to finish
  • Managed the Immigration IT network of the Branch daily
  • I was seconded to a senior role to carry out project work for the branch, where I became the senior member of the team with managerial delegations, responsible for supervising the team in the absence of the manager or technical advisors.
