Here we used to support the customers having technical issues on the phone and send the transcript to them using an E-Mail Client, a Ticket generating tool.
The issues were related to telecommunication service providers ranging from narrowband and broadband Internet Service Providers, leading wireless service providers, network equipment vendors, convergent next-generation telecommunication companies, network carriers, and IP service providers.
Concurrently we also had a retention process for Real Networks which majorly dealt with Real Player subscriptions and renewals of the services.
We used to get calls from the customers to cancel the service, but we explain them to retain the service and renew for better experience.
