In powerlifting I have lifted 80kgs-bench 130kgs-squat 160kgs-deadlift. I was also captain of my rugby school team leading them to the semi finals.
I love sports like league, rugby and basketball ETC and with those sports I have good communication skills and i'm very hard working I also do MMA which requires a lot of listening to get techniques and combos down I also love weightlifting which gives me strength to lift heavy objects safely from A to B
