Order fulfillment: Work with customers and the sales team to plan and implement the supply of products to meet customer needs, and communicate with suppliers, logistics, manufacturing, and distribution about the delivery plan and any issues during the fulfillment phase.
ensure all standard orders are packed and checked before packing and sending. Outward freight must have efficient cost options applied. All documentation must have clear, accurate information.
Sales Pricing: Manage the price list, assist with implementing price increases, manage pricing for promotions, and analyze pricing trends while presenting related data.
CLM system support: Maintain customer and sales order pipeline master data, provide recommendations to improve support and function of CLM, support different projects for pending software selections, and prepare work for CRM system transitions.
Reporting: Respond to requests to identify and run reports.
Fixed Asset Ledger: Assist with capitalization for capital WIP accounts, and cross-check with the Asset Register.
Cashbook Assistance: loading daily exchange rates from the bank into M3 (software), reconciling Hynds Pipe bank accounts daily, liaising with branch admin and the credit team to reconcile inward cash entries to amounts banked, general ledger, and uploading creditor payments into the banking system for payment.
Making one-off sundry payments if required, and entering payments (e.g., direct debits, bank fees, RUCs, payroll, etc.). into GL as required, update the books for P&L statements, and file bank statements and cash flow-related transactions into monthly cash book files.
Branch replenishment: Review the safety of stock for branch inventory, review intragroup transfers, and set sales prices.
Branch Stock Analysis: Identify and analyze trends in sales and stock levels, and then create a report with recommendations where we can improve.
End-of-life products: monitor and work through obsolete stock product codes, and create new codes for new stock coming in.
Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports for management review.
Communicated with stockholders or other investors to provide information or raise capital.
Identified discrepancies between actual results versus projected results; investigated causes of variances; developed corrective action plans as needed.
