• Repairs the range of appliance imported by Segafredo New Zealand
• Respond to on-site or workshop customer machines fault repairing, servicing, cleaning
• Ensures all the jobs are correctly recorded on job sheets and MYOB
• Ensures customer services expectations are correctly set and met
• Contribute to meet Segafredo service and parts billing budgets
• Identifies and undertaking quality control including ability to troubleshoot, recognize, and repair fault
• Ensures safe workshop practices and can recognize and fix workplace hazards
• Attends all meetings and training sessions as required
• Tests and tags for electrical safely all appliances in for repair
• Ensures all parts used are booked out on job correctly for rental and billable jobs.

• Read blueprints or technical diagrams
• Install and maintain wiring, control, and lighting systems
• Inspect electrical components, such as transformers and circuit breakers
